Have been preparing taxes since 1975, with over 2,000 individual and corporate tax returns prepared annually. Began doing bookkeeping and payroll for small business clients in 1990 and currently am providing full payroll services for in excess of 100 clients and monthly bookkeeping services for in excess of 125 clients, and growing rapidly. Became an Enrolled Agent in 1989, a designation that is earned by taking a 16 hour test with IRS and upon passing allows me to represent my clients in tax matters before agents of the IRS, requiring stringent continuing education requirements.

Became a licensed health and life insurance agent in 1975 to expand the business to handle medical and life insurance needs for clients.

Became a Registered Representative (licensed to provide mutual funds, stock; bonds; and other securities, variable annuities, and other investment vehicles) in order to service investment and retirement planning for my clients in 1995.

Licensed Real Estate Salesman and Broker-Salesman since 1974 in CA and NV, however due to the extensive time constraints imposed by maintaining the other licenses and duties of the business this license has been inactive since 1998.

Licensed General Contractor and Concrete Subcontractor since 1976 (yeah, I know, that's a weird combination being financial and construction, but it keeps me young!) currently operating under the name of Precision Construction Services, specializing in Condominium Retrofits.

Personal information - Well, I am a licensed Pilot and Scuba Diver so I have air and sea covered. My family and I try to spend a lot of time away for at least the weekend in the motor home and on the jet ski's. And, of course, with a family as big as mine, my biggest joy is watching my children grow!
